Comprises a letter, 2 June 1894, from C.I. Eassie, sanitary inspector for the City of Fitzroy, to Frederick Dunn, public analyst, Melbourne, relating to samples of confectionery taken from the firm MacRobertson's; and formulae for MacRobertson's cocoa products and chewing gums, addressed to Mr Eassie, 1 [i.e. 2] June 1894. The latter was written by Macpherson Robertson on the letterhead of Fitzroy Steam Confectionery Works and shows views of the factory.
